Description

We study a wide variety of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), exploring the cultural and social aspects of combat as well as practicing techniques. Through learning to fight as our ancestors did we have fun, keep fit, learn new skills and gain a unique insight into our heritage.

New members

We hold free taster sessions twice a year, usually in April and October. There is currently a waiting list so we are only able to accept new members at this time. If you are interested in participating, please get in touch. We can accommodate any skill and fitness level but our classes are for adults 18+ only. We welcome people from all backgrounds and our club is LGBTQ+ friendly.
